The Bolton Council of Mosques (BCOM) is a registered UK charity representing around 28 mosques and 30,000 Muslims in Bolton. It advocates for the community, supports mosque and madrasa services, offers counselling, legal guidance, and youth programmes, and fosters interfaith engagement and community cohesion.

BCOM’s mission is to empower the local Muslim community through advocacy, advice, religious and social support, community development, and interfaith cooperation, helping individuals and groups thrive within Bolton and beyond.
