Pakistan Emergency Flood Appeal

Pakistan is experiencing severe monsoon floods with dozens of deaths, widespread damage, and ongoing risks of urban and flash flooding.

The sheer scale of the devastation has meant that thousands need immediate assistance with shelter, clean water, medical supplies, and food.

Approximately 7.5 million people face high levels of food insecurity, with 1.25 million in emergency conditions, requiring immediate humanitarian assistance to prevent further catastrophe.

The 2026 monsoon season has caused extensive flooding across Pakistan, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan provinces. Recent reports indicate that many people have died due to rain-related incidents, including children, with many more injured and displaced. Flash floods and landslides have damaged homes, crops, livestock, and infrastructure, disrupting daily life and transportation networks.

Authorities warn that heavy rain is expected to continue, increasing the likelihood of urban and flash flooding.
