Fundraising Story
With deep humility, Olive Academy Charity and Act of Kindness are honoured to launch a special Umrah Sponsorship initiative for Orphaned Children and Widows from Jerusalem and the West Bank Area of Palestine, scheduled for November 2026.
For many of these families, years of hardship, loss and instability have made opportunities for spiritual healing and peace almost impossible. Through this blessed journey, we hope to provide orphaned children and widows the chance to visit the Holy Lands, perform Umrah, and experience comfort, hope and upliftment.
The cost to sponsor each participant is £700, which covers:
- Visa
- Meals
- Transport
- Accommodation
- Essential travel necessities
This initiative is entirely donation-driven, with a 100% Donation Policy in place.
We kindly ask for your duas, support and generous contributions to help make this noble dream a reality. Donations of Lillah, Sadaqah, Zakaah and general charity are all welcome. Please note that Zakaah and Sadaqah funds will be used exclusively for supporting the orphaned children and widows themselves.
